I'm Not a Happy Camper

Last fall we had a hurricane in Ohio. Yep, that's right. That storm did some damage to our siding so we've had a call in to some guy to fix it for a few months. Today they finally came to fix it but in the process killed a nest of baby birds. I'm pissed. There are dead baby birds and a half-dead traumatized mother bird in my side yard. Was that really necessary?? If the idiots would have come out when they were supposed to there wouldn't have been a nest of baby birds there.

That's really sad. I know it won't do any good for that poor mama bird or her babies, but maybe you'll enjoy this link I found - http://www.ustream.tv/channel/hummingbird-nest-cam. You can watch a live-cam view of a hummingbird nest. There are also other nesting birds you can click on.

Thanks for caring about the birds. Wish the repairmen had done the same.

And try to visit my site too when you get a chance - http://acts17verse28.blogspot.com/.
