Stats for 2010

The Daily Mile is a site for runners (and other athletes) that I joined back in September to help with my running.  Today they sent me a "Year in Review" of my training.  Here's what it looks like ...

In September I ran 12 miles

In October I ran 58 miles

In November I ran 21 miles

In December I ran 28 miles

Wow, I slacked in Nov. and Dec.
Sept. was only the last part of the month because I joined the site later in the month.

I had a total of 118 miles

An average of 8 miles a week

A total of 65 workouts

and expended enough energy to burn 4 pounds (I probably put those back on Thanksgiving and Christmas)

My average feeling was "good"

Bo, Dian and Johnathan were my biggest motivators on the site

and I love this one ...

I burned the equivalent of 87 donuts!
